Get moving and make a difference!

By taking part in the Pink Tour, you’ll be joining a community of people of all abilities. You’ll get the opportunity to move your body for a great cause - fighting against breast cancer. Once you sign up and get moving, you can start reaching out to your social media contacts and begin raising money to make breast cancer a thing of the past.

Even in 2020, 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some point in her life. These women are our mothers, our sisters, our daughters, our wives, our girlfriends, our friends, and our work colleagues. Of course, their husbands, boyfriends, children and other loved ones also suffer as a result.

As we gradually transition out of lockdown, the Pink Tour is a fantastic way to reconnect with friends and colleagues and even forge new friendships. Even if you’re working remotely, you can still join in from the comfort of your own home! Get your body moving to stay in shape and make the most of summer. The Pink Tour is a great stress buster too!

Structuring Your Warm-up
Before A Walking Activity

It’s important to warm up before exercising, to prepare your body both physically and mentally. Warming up also optimizes performance, by raising the body’s temperature, increasing blood flow (more efficient oxygen transport), boosting the efficiency of the lymphatic system and reducing muscle viscosity. Pink Tour 2020

How to take part

The Pink Tour involves accumulating kilometers throughout the summer months. Take part in activities of your choice at your own pace. You can join in from your living room, from your cottage, from the office, in your neighbourhood, or even while camping. Set your own goal and work towards it over the course of 3 months, from July 6th to September 27th 2020. As you complete your challenge, you’ll be raising money for the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation by calling on the generosity of your social network.

What are the donations used for?

By participating in the Pink Tour, you are helping to improve the quality of life and overall well-being of people living with breast cancer.

The amount raised by the Pink Tour ensures the Foundation’s support services continue to be offered free of charge to people affected by breast cancer and their loved ones.

Mitsou invites you to take up the challenge!

This summer, Mitsou will be participating in The Pink Tour with her family! She’ll be covering kilometers by biking, swimming laps in the pool, and doing aerobics with her daughters, all in support of people who are affected by breast cancer.

"The Pink Tour is a unifying event! Everyone can participate! We can all adapt this challenge to our lifestyle, according to our schedule, fitness level, and favourite activities, no matter where we live.”
